亞洲武錦賽＞趙承宰目標　讓韓國躍居國際武術崇高地位

第三天共有六場套路比賽，含男子刀術、男子太極拳、男子南刀、男子槍術、女子槍術、女子刀術等。韓國及澳門分別在男子刀術及男子槍術各獲得一金，這也是他們的第一面金牌；香港在男子太極拳再添一金一銀，中國則又囊括了其餘三項金牌。中華台北蔡澤民(男子刀術)和賴柏瑋(男子南刀)各摘一銅。

韓國到第三天才出現金牌，由經驗豐富的選手趙承宰贏得男子刀術冠軍。趙承宰近5年參加了多次國際武術錦標賽，曾獲2012年亞洲武術錦標賽棍術銀牌、2013年世界武術錦標賽刀術銀牌及棍術銅牌、2015年亞洲武術錦標賽刀術銀牌及棍術銅牌，但從未得過金牌，他興奮地叫喊：「我終於贏了！真是得來不易的金牌！」

趙承宰目前是韓國Seowon大學體育教育碩士班研究生。他堅定地表示：「我下一個目標是繼續贏得2017年在喀山的世界武術錦標賽和2018年在雅加達和巨港的亞運會。我的長期目標將著眼於教育和培訓更多優秀武術選手，使韓國躍居國際武術舞台更崇高地位。」

The third-day’sChampionships had six Taolu events, including Men’s Daoshu, Men’s Taijiquan, Men’s Nandao, Men’s Qiangshu, Women’s Qiangshu, and Women’s Daoshu. Eventually, Korea and Macao claimed their first gold medal,respectively, in Men’s Daoshu and Men’s Qiangshu. Hong Kong added one more goldin Men’s Taijiquan; while China kept sweeping the remaining three golds.

Korea won the first gold medal today by a seasoned athlete Seung-Jae CHO in Men’s Daoshu Event.He is currently a master student in Korea,majoring in PhysicalEducation. Over the past five years, he has collected many silver or bronze medals in Daoshu and Gunshu in several World Championships and Asian Championships, but never gold.“Eventually, I won! It’s never easy to earn this champion!” cried Seung-Jae CHO. 

“My immediate goal is to continue winning the 2017 World Wushu Championships in Kazanand the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembang,” said CHO.“My long-term goal,however,will aimat educating and training elite Wushu athletes so that Korea can be placed in a higher Wushu position internationally,”continued CHO.
